Description
The Inventory Planning Clerk 1 makes sure security and responsibility of stock through deal paperwork, procedure and treatment confirmation, and system evaluation. The Inventory Planning Clerk 1 carries out standard administrative/clerical/operational/ consumer support/computational jobs. Normally deals with regular and patterned tasks.
Responsibilities
The Inventory Planning Clerk 1 establishes and carries out replenishment techniques; carries out physical stocks and leads cycle counts. Analyzes and, when able, fixes cycle count inconsistencies. Audits inbound and outbound deliveries to ensure quality and precision. Puts together and records all deals for information entry. Choices are restricted to specified specifications around work expectations, quality requirements, concerns and timing, and works under close guidance and/or within recognized policies/practices and standards with very little chance for discrepancy.
- The shift for this position is 4 days weekly 6: 00 am – 4: 30 pm
- You will work (4) 10 hour days – Monday – Saturday.
- Saturday is a necessary work day, nevertheless you will have 3 other off days consisting of Sunday, and 2 other days throughout the week with 2 of the days being back to back.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or comparable
- Experience in mail order or circulation type environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Inventory Experience
- Forklift Experience
- Pharmacy Technician or Pharmacy Tech in Training or willingness/desire to end up being a Pharmacy Technician.
