Stormont Vail Health is looking for a Pharmacy Tech 3 – Retail Pharmacy – FEET – Days – #4069 in our Retail Pharmacy department. This position is at 1500 SW 10 TH AVENUE, TOPEKA, KS 66604-1353 USA.

Schedule: Full time – 36 hours/week or higher

Shift: First Shift (Days – Less than 12 hours per shift)

Weekly Work Schedule: 7: 30 a – 6: 15 pm

Minimum Qualifications:

Education/Experience:

REQUIRED:

· High school diploma

· Current Registration with Kansas Board of Pharmacy

· Current PTCB National Technician Certification. Failure to keep drug store specialist accreditation or registration will lead to voluntary resignation.

· Minimum of 5 (5) years of experience working as a drug store specialist in institutional/hospital drug store

· Proficient usage of MS Office applications and MS Outlook

PREFERRED:

· Associates degree in associated field

Language Ability:

Ability to check out and understand basic directions, brief correspondence, and memos. Capability to compose basic correspondence. Capability to efficiently present details in individually and little group circumstances to clients, customers and other workers of the company.

Math Ability:

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Under the guidance of a signed up pharmacist, will help in the non-judgmental elements of preparing medications for giving and help in medical drug store operations. Will offer services to clients from birth to death.
