Position Details/Requirements:
Task Description:
- Response inbound call in a call center environment relating to prescription refills and using call auxiliary statuses to suggest schedule to address calls.
Process prescription refill demands in genuine time from inbound calls, and electronic prescription refill faxes from drug stores within Athena EMR.
Rotation schedule for on and off phone work; Experts will turn working drug store electronic fax demands (off phone work), and inbound require Rx fill up demands (on phone work).
Operate in partnership with service providers and their care group to supply the greatest quality of care shipment by making sure all medication demands are addressed and processed without delay and appropriately based upon the practice’s standards.
Supply assistance to the clinician personnel by examining all fill up demands that enter into the center refill inboxes and guarantee that the medication procedures have actually been fulfilled in accordance with set procedures (it is anticipated that all medical Rx refill boxes will be as near to clear as possible by the end of organization every day)
Send out courtesy refills when proper and send out Go back to Workplace demands when consultations are recommended and/or laboratories are required.
