A federal judge is promoting a Biden administration guideline disallowing schools from preserving different restrooms and showers for male and female trainees. The one taking legal action against is a Christian college, stating the judgment requires the school to act versus its beliefs. The college is asking the court to enable them to bypass the instruction in order to preserve its own legal status.
