Certifications
Minimum Required:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
- Direct Drug store Service technician work experience (which satisfied eligibility requirements for state licensure and/or accreditation through nationally acknowledged certified company.) OR Conclusion of a nationally authorized, certified official Drug store Service technician training program
- Accredited Drug Store Service Technician with the Texas State Board of Drug Store (TSBP)
- BLS accreditation – through an authorized AHA program &
- Conclusion of an ACPE authorized 40 hour sterilized items course (need to be finished within 60 days of date of hire &/ or move into position)
