TASK SUMMARY The Manager of Drug store Techs handles the everyday operations of the Drug store Technicians at an assigned website. Strategies, arranges, monitors and helps with the daily activities of the non-pharmacist personnel and responsibilities. NECESSARY FUNCTIONS OF THE FUNCTION Monitors everyday activities to guarantee effective Drug store operations. Strengthens and keeps track of efficiency expectations. Makes sure that services are supplied in a prompt, precise, reliable, and cost-efficient way and abide by recognized policies, treatments and regulative firms. Establishes collective working relationships with Pharmacists, Nurses and other Medical personnel. Starts medication mistake reports as needed, supplies input and follow up in a prompt way. Successfully collaborates and administers policies and treatments in combination with choice, orientation, training, task and staffing, assessment, discipline and releasing staff members in compliance with appropriate work guidelines. Frequently goes to continuing education workshops offered by the department. Assists management in preparation and interaction of info to personnel at necessary personnel conferences and as required. Trains staff members on their everyday tasks and collaborates personnel education activities. Assists determine and supply chances for personnel to establish understanding, abilities, and capabilities required to add to the success of the department.
