Can you remember all the medicines you’ve been prescribed and which ones you were allergic to? If you were constantly sick, you wouldn’t have this information handy. So write them down! With your very own pharmacy journal, you will be reminded of all the medicines you need to take and all those that you have taken and negatively reacted to.
