CHI St. Luke’s Health– Sugar Land Health center provides the current innovation and treatments for homeowners of Fort Bend County and Southwest Houston. Our recently opened Family Birthing Center provides matchless care and facilities in a spa-like environment to offer a VIP– Very Crucial Pregnancy– experience. Obligations

Our Drug store Service technicians play a crucial role in the medication management of our patients. They help Pharmacists in preparing the pharmaceutical needs of our patients and function as intermediaries in between Pharmacists and many medication management systems. Compounding narcotics, pre-packaging tablets, and preparing IV medications are simply a few of the crucial tasks our Pharmacy Techs total in order to get out clients what they need. If you are an information oriented Drug store Tech, we wish to talk to you.

  • Interaction – The capability to communicate successfully with a range of people consisting of, patients, Pharmacists and Physicians
  • Issue Solving – The capability to issue resolve problems with clients, insurance provider and colleagues

Credentials

MINIMUM CREDENTIALS

  • Completion of a pharmacy tech program
  • Registered Drug Store Specialist (CPHT) with the Texas State Board of Drug store or pharmacy school student intern card
  • Aseptic Method– Total an ACPE authorized 40 hour sterilized items course as needed by area
  • Experience Needed – None
