    • Obligations

    The individualâ s obligations consist of the following activities:

    • Precisely fill medication orders with proper strength, dose kind, and quantity in a timely manner,
    • Assure all medications are inspected by a pharmacist prior to giving,
    • Respond appropriately to requests for STAT orders, regular orders, department requests, and ADC stock out publications,
    • Refill emergency situation crash carts, boxes, and sets precisely and timely,
    • Precisely stock ADCs in a timely way,
    • Prepackage and label oral medications and extemporaneous preparations,
    • Prepare IV sterilized admixture options and IV products properly constant with IV policies and procedures (USP797 and USP800),
    • Restock medications in IV space and adhere to IV cleansing schedule

    Credentials:

    Education

    Needed: High School Graduate or equivalent

    Experience

    Preferred: 2 years health center experience

    Certifications

    Required: Registered Drug store Service technician license; Drug store Specialist accreditation (both based on state requirements). Certified training in sterilized items preparation
