What You Will Do
Lead designated personnel in carrying out activities or jobs in drug store services.
- Lead or coordinate shift operations of appointed activities, resources, and/or partner.
- Function as a technical or practical resource and carry out comparable responsibilities with personnel.
- Assign, display and evaluation development of work.
- Display and report compliance with policies and/or treatments.
- Oversee and examine orientation and training of designated partners.
- May supply input in the evaluation and examination of personnel efficiency.
- Oversee everyday activities of the Drug store Technicians under the instructions of the pharmacist and management.
- Take part in issue resolving within the department.
- Help with specialized task and job as designated by Drug store Management.
What You Will Require
Licensure/ Accreditation/ Registration:
- Drug store Tech credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Expert Policy acquired previous to employ date or task transfer date needed.
- Drug store Tech credentialed from the Drug store Professional Accreditation Board (PTCB) chosen.
- Drug store Tech credentialed from the National Health care Association chose.
Education:
- High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Partner’s degree, or Technical degree needed.
Work Experience:
- 1 year of experience needed.
