I had the exact same thing. It was crippling and took 5 days to disapate. I went to the health center (faxton st lukes) where they gave me discomfort medications, antibiotics and informed me I was constipated. I literally had very loose stools twice that week. a lot. (Sorry, TMI) I was so intensified that they did not u201 csolve u201 d the discomfort and pulsating that I didnt go back even when I seemed like I was dying for 4 days after. It started unexpectedly, extreme nausea, I tossed up, discomfort in my side, I tried to walk it off, take IB profin (tossed it right up) then called my husband to bring me to the ER. I might not stand, might barely talk, or see and started shaking frantically. I still used metmucil (pointless) and kept myself on a liquid diet. Seriously liquid. warm water, honey and lemon due to the fact that I hesitated it mighy be a partial digestive block. (I am not underweight, I was nauseous and starving at the same time) My doc was out for the Thanksgiving vacation and by the time I saw him it was gone. Just recently I have actually been considering my triggers I had 2 glasses of wine twice that week and consumed two pieces of pizza the night prior to and one the night of. super greasy. I likewise took prednisone for the first time the day before and the day of rest for a bad sinus Infection. Possibly it was pancreatitis. I had wine again for Christmas this week and some very heavy high fat food and i can feel it aching now. just a bit u2026 under my chest. I am leaning more towards pancreatitis. My medical professional stated when it takes place once again he will do a scan with contrast. I never ever experienced anything like that and I had 4 kids without any pain medications.
