Hudson Valley Community College’s Workforce Development Institute (http://www.hvcc.edu/wdi/) offers a Pharmacy Technician course that can help you prepare for a career in pharmacy, beginning as a pharmacy technician. This non-credit course includes 36 3-hour class sessions, totaling 108 hours, including an 18-hour internship in a pharmacy, and is designed to prepare students for the national Pharmacy Technician Certification Exam (PTCE).
