Our hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. No nights or weekends. An essential function will be promoting Genoa services to obtain new customers and increasing the variety of consumers Genoa serves.Major Duties & Responsibilities: Interact with all consumers of the mental university hospital regarding the medication services Genoa supplies. Recruit and enlist customers using enrollment forms and copy the customer’s insurance coverage card. Assist in the collection of prescriptions to be faxed to the drug store for giving. Make sure all customer insurance coverage information depends on date in the Pharmacy system and is correctly charged for the medications dispensed. Educational or Abilities Requirements: Where relevant must be certified Pharmacy Service technician or Medical Assistant backgroud PTCB Certification chosen however not required Prospects for the position will go through a basic reference and background check. Standard reading, composing, and arithmetic abilities needed. This is generally acquired through a high school diploma or equivalent. Understanding of Microsoft Workplace and telephone protocol.
