IMPORTANT FUNCTIONS OF THE FUNCTION

NECESSARY FUNCTIONS

Enters medication orders from medical professionals’ order sheets/prescriptions and fills according to label, making sure that the appropriate product is dispensed and that the dosage form and charge quantity are in accordance with formulary; gets in proper billing data as needed.

Carries out drug store services and duties associated with the stocking, preparation, labeling, giving and shipment of medications.
