Austin 04 RX Tech - Drug Store Care Agent - Part-Time

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION:

– Provide fantastic customer care and good example service requirements

– Receive stock; check shipment for precision compared to billings

– Stage stock by breaking out the stock into areas for equipping

– Stock stock

– Return carry to backroom for delivering back to storage facility

– Check line by line receiving

– Contact H-E-B storage facility or supplier if stock is brief

– Ensure caps, vials, bags, and other stocks are equipped in the right location.

– Process Customer deals at register

– Filing, Retrieving, and preserving prescriptions in the Will Call Area

– Receiving composed prescriptions from consumers and acquire market and profile associated info

– Receiving refill prescription numbers (over the phone and at drop off counter) and acquiring profile associated info

– Answer the telephone and direct calls to suitable individual

– Ensure the personal privacy and privacy of Personal Health Information (PHI) as needed by HIPAA

– Direct Customers to Counseling window for Pharmacist assessment

– Maintaining Insurance signature logs by date of fill

– Primary individual accountable for outdoors and within Department discussion and sanitation

– Verify scripts are going to the appropriate shop

– Verify orders on prescriptions (names, variety of orders per bag, and so on)

– Filing and preserving prescription paper copies

– Assist Technicians and Pharmacists as needed to guarantee effective and total production for the shift

– Other responsibilities might be appointed as needed

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:

– High school diploma or equivalent

– Must be at least 18 years of age

– Retail experience chosen; drug store experience highly chosen

– Excellent interaction abilities and telephone rules

– Basic mathematical abilities

– Basic computer system abilities (MS Windows, HEB Intranet)

– Strong group orientation, happy to pitch in anytime for any factor.

– Experience operating in a quick paced environment

– Must be a self-starter, and have the ability to deal with little direct guidance

– Ability to multitask and handle several concerns

– Must have the ability to work turning shifts to consist of weekends; need to be versatile to the requirements of business

– Welcomes operating in a group oriented environment and is open to cross-training

– Ability to keep composure in high tension scenarios

– Pharmacy Care Representative Training & Certification

– ACR training or Cash handling abilities

– Clerk training 501

– Company Orientation

– HIPAA trained

– Function in a busy, retail, workplace environment

– Lift 20 pounds or more regularly.
