What you’ll do … Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member, recognizing their requirements, helping with getting choices, finding product, solving concerns and issues, and promoting the Company’s items and services.Operates hardware such as sales register or associated devices, processes member purchases, and helps in payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges utilizing proper treatments for various subscription and payment types.Provides Pharmacy product or services to Members in accordance with Company policies and treatments by helping with processing prescription and OTC orders and purchases, equipping and protecting Pharmacy products and product, getting in prescription details or filing prescriptions, and finishing and keeping documentation, kinds, and other needed documentation.Receives and stocks product in the Pharmacy location, and arranges and keeps the Pharmacy location by following Company treatments, making use of devices properly, retailing, and finishing documents, logs, and other needed documents. Finishes work tasks and concerns by utilizing policies, information, and resources; teaming up with supervisors, colleagues, clients, and other organization partners; determining concerns, due dates, and expectations; performing jobs; interacting development and info; figuring out and advising methods to resolve enhancement chances; and adjusting to and gaining from modification, problems, and feedback. Complies with business policies, treatments, and requirements of principles and stability by carrying out associated action strategies; utilizing the Open Door Policy; and using these in carrying out organization procedures and practices.
